AniCura’s Veterinary Graduate Programme is an international initiative designed for newly graduated veterinarians employed at AniCura clinics and hospitals. The aim of the programme is to support a seamless transition from university to professional life, equipping participants with the skills and confidence required for a successful and rewarding career in veterinary care.
The AniCura Veterinary Graduate Programme combines in-person workshops, interactive online webinars, and self-directed studies. Training is integrated into participants’ regular clinical roles, ensuring professional development alongside practical experience.
The programme provides a structured approach to consultations and the management of common primary and urgent care cases. Participants receive comprehensive training in both clinical and non-clinical skills, covering a broad range of topics.
Each participant is supported by a dedicated mentor at their AniCura clinic or hospital. Mentors provide guidance and support throughout the programme fostering both personal and professional growth.
